Last year I purchased a house and had Juan come out and give me an estimate on cleaning my tile floors, grout, and sealing everything. I took a month to fully move into my house so the house was completely empty which made their work a whole lot easier. His two sons came out and did such an unbelievable job. Juan and his sons were amazing! I got a quote from Juan last year and finally was ready to pull the trigger. Before calling Juan to book, I got a couple other quotes just to do my due diligence and all were almost double the price without including sealing the floor. So I reached out to Juan and he was able to put me right on the calendar the next week. They came today and when I tell you I couldn’t be happier I mean it.
